How is my mobile mirror wall delivered?
Fast delivery in the Netherlands, Belgium and Europe
Because we understand very well that you want your order as soon as possible, all orders are delivered as soon as possible. When delivered to an address in the Netherlands (apart from the Wadden Islands) and Belgium, we can usually deliver your order within 10 to 15 working days. So you already enjoy your purchase in the short term!
If you have wishes about a specific delivery time, you can indicate this on the order form. We try to take this into account as well as possible. If you need your order urgently, we can deliver it within 48 hours if possible. Please contact us for this.
Delivered or stated delivery times, verbally, in writing and via the webshop are only an indication. If the delivery time is longer than expected, you will receive a message from us. The maximum delivery period of 30 days applies to all orders.
Where and at what time will my order be delivered?
The order is delivered to the door on the ground floor on the agreed day. It is not possible for our delivery staff to unpack and place the order. You must take care of this yourself. If this is not possible, we are of course willing to think along with you and offer a suitable solution. You can contact us for this.
Within the Netherlands it is possible to arrange an exact time of delivery between 8 am and 10 am. An additional € 45 will be charged for this. If you have left your mobile number, you will receive an expected arrival time on the morning of delivery. It is also possible to receive a message half an hour before arrival.
How will my order be delivered?
Your order will be well protected and delivered by FOSK Mirrors or by a reputable logistics service provider, such as a courier or freight carrier. After receipt you only need to remove the packaging and the mirror is ready for use. Only the ballet barre is packed in a few parts. This is easy to assemble. It is important that you carefully inspect your purchase after unpacking. If there are any damage, you should report this as soon as possible.
What are the costs for delivery of my order?
For delivery in the Netherlands the delivery costs for a mobile mirror up to 2.00 meters are € 75 and for larger mirrors € 150. For delivery abroad these costs depend heavily on the exact destination. We will gladly send you an exact specification of the delivery costs to your address.
Does Movablemirror.com also deliver abroad Europe?
We supply most of our products throughout Europe. Different rates and / or conditions apply in some cases. The delivery times also vary.
